How long will it take to get my finished picture bag?
Once we receive your order and photo, goods are usually ready in
28 days.
What materials are the photo bags made from?
The photo panels are made from a durable strong cotton or
sateen. The specialist inks do not wash out, or scratch off with
normal use.
Trim (side panels, external base) is made from Italian canvas
fabric. Internal base and internal collar rim is made from
thick cotton, depending on the style. Very good quality - this
is easy to clean, and looks smart. Printed areas are always
cotton or canvas.
All
handles are high-grade leather .
Will
my photograph be an 'iron-on' transfer which is made into a bag?
No. Your photograph will be set through a special design
process. This process entails taking your photograph and
processing it right onto the fabric through a special technique.
This fabric is then handmade into your individual bag.

What should I take into account regarding the subject of the photo?
When
choosing your photo, make sure the subject is clear and has
enough room around it to fit the shape of the bag. Please note
that there is approximately 1cm of the fabric print that gets
stitched into the bag item by hand on all four sides. Please be
sure to avoid any key subject at the very edge of the photo. The
eyelet handle holes must also be taken into consideration. We do
our very best to avoid eyelets landing on any key features, but
it is worth noting this point at the stage of choosing your
photo
Is the handbag waterproof?
The
handbags trims are waterproof. The photo areas are water
resistant. They are easy to clean.
What color trim do you think works best?
We recommend a color that matches your image. Or if you have
special request, please mention in the order form.
Does the Print last a long time?
Our tests included gentle hand washing and dry cleaning do not
show any color change of the photo to the naked eye (we don’t
do this with a complete bag) .Print is unlikely to fade with
normal use. The print will not flake or scratch off the surface.
Overall, for longer wearing we suggest you to dry clean your
bag.
How Can I keep my bag clean?
Our handbag is pretty durable but does need some cleaning
maintenance from time to time. We suggest spot treating your
handbag with your basic soap and water. Use a wet towel and dab
the dirt of the bag. Let dry and then scotch guard. Some handbag
users have brought them into professional handbag cleaners as
well. No solvents. We
wouldn't recommend scrubbing with brushes. Our premium leather
range needs more gentle treatment when cleaning - wipe
delicately - apply natural leather cream once a year if need be
What color are the handles?
You can choose from our swatch color. The handles are made
of genuine leather with many colors to choose from.
Is there a guarantee?
We guarantees a 30 days warranty
against any defects that may have occurred during production.
The guarantee DOES NOT cover normal wear and tear of the
product.
Can I exchange my photo bag?
Due to the personalization of this service, we do not
offer any refunds. All sales are final.
